Photography at the Farm
We’re glad you’re here to enjoy the beauty of our fields and create lasting memories. To ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone, we ask that all guests and photographers follow this photography agreement.

General Photography Policy
• All guests and photographers are welcome to take personal photos during open business hours with paid general admission.
• Admission must be paid at the front gate before entering the farm.
• Anyone participating in farm activities (play areas, hayrides, etc.) must wear a wristband.

Photography Sessions/Photoshoots
• Anyone wishing to host mini sessions, photoshoots, and/or general pictures, without farm admission, can pay a photography fee of $20/hour. (This will not cover farm activities).
* For after hours, Pictures/Sessions must be scheduled in advance.
• Fees are paid at the admission booth before entering the farm.

Photography Rules & Guidelines
1. Family-Friendly Environment: This is a family farm. Inappropriate or suggestive photos are not allowed.
2. Respect Our Fields: Props are welcome if they don’t damage flowers, crops, or property.
3. No Horseplay or Vandalism: Damage to our fields or property will result in removal without refund.
4. Look, Don’t Pick: Please do not pick flowers, corn, or pumpkins unless purchasing them. Your Photography fee/admission does not cover this cost.
5. Be Respectful: Be aware of your surroundings and respectful to other guests enjoying the farm.
6. Watch Your Belongings: Do not leave personal items unattended. Rowe Crop Farm is not responsible for anything lost, stolen, broken, or left behind.

You are not required to book a time if you are a visitor/photographer during regular business hours and want to take pictures. The photography fee does not cover participation of farm activities, which requires additional farm admission.
